From now on, you will always receive an order receipt confirmation immediately after your order is received. For items that cannot be confirmed immediately, you will receive the information about the delivery date as soon as possible afterwards.

For you as a Webshop & My Balluff user, the confirmation of receipt is immediately made available in your order history in My Balluff for display and download.

With our new entry-level configurator, we would like to offer even inexperienced users in the field of RFID technology the opportunity to put together their own individual system.

For each question, the user receives the necessary information to be able to answer the questions with the best certainty and also to improve his own know-how. But also our professional configurator got some improvements and a facelift.

The Balluff ordering process was too long for you? No problem, our new checkout process saves you valuable time and is even clearer.

From now on, you can also find all your orders by searching for the sales order number, purchase order number, customer material number or the order code of the product.

We are proud of our cyber security specialists and feel safe, but in line with the motto: "IT security is not the sole responsibility of security teams - it is a collaborative effort.", we from the e-commerce department also wanted to do our part in case of emergency.

In the unlikely event of an outage due to a cyber attack or other unforeseeable failures, we have developed an offline mode for the webshop that allows you to continue ordering even in such situations.

We will keep you informed if we are in offline mode.

You want to search and find the Balluff components you need easily and quickly with your personal internal material number? No problem! Whether you are searching on our website or browsing through our webshop, rest assured that if your customer material number is registered, you can easily find the right Balluff product by just entering it.

You have internal order numbers but can't find a result?
Please send us your list with your internal order number and our Balluff order code or long description to [email protected] and we will immediately take care of the integration.

Let’s say you find a product that fits your needs, but it is currently not in stock. If you are logged into your My Balluff account, you can activate an availability notification with one click. If you don’t have a My Balluff account, click the button and enter your email address. When the product is available for delivery again, it will send you an email automatically. That way, you don’t have to take the time to check again and again to see whether the product you wanted is in stock.

Thanks to this new function, which opens automatically when you add a product to your cart or when you click the “Recommended accessories” tab on a product detail page, you can see compatible accessories available for your Balluff product. From cables to reflectors to power supplies to product-specific mounting systems, you will quickly find the accessories you need.

If you know exactly what you need, you don't have to go through the standard ordering process. Once you are logged into your My Balluff account, clicking the "Buy now" button takes you directly to the checkout page.

As a global player, it is our goal to provide our customers worldwide with our automation solutions quickly and easily. Balluff is pleased to announce that our webshop is now available to our customers in China.

If you own or manage multiple customer accounts, we can set them up so you can easily switch between accounts without managing multiple credentials and logging out each time.

If you would like to use this function, use the Sales contact form and select the subject, MyBalluff/Webshop/Account/. Give us some information about the additional company account(s) you would like to manage, and we will take care of it for you.

The current component shortage has us all in its grip! Balluff makes this easier to manage by showing a green checkmark next to products that are currently in stock and immediately available. Click the “Immediately available” filter in the product selector sidebar to only see products that are in stock.

For example, you have found a cable with the right number of wires, jacket material, and connectors, but realize that you need a 5 m length instead of 2 m.

Use the dropdown on the product detail page to select from the available cable lengths. That way you don’t have to search through the full list to find the matching cable in a different length.

With an admin account, you are able to manage your employee accounts and assign different permissions, including choosing the payment method, setting a maximum monthly order volume, and other My Balluff functions.

By clicking the share icon, you can easily share the contents of your shopping cart, comparison list or favorites list with colleagues. For example, share the shopping cart items with your buyer, who can then immediately take the list and complete the ordering process.
