Inductive distance sensors – BAW004K
The BAW M12ME-UAC35C-S04G is an inductive distance sensor with order code BAW004K. It has an M12x1 housing with dimensions of Ø 12 x 45 mm and is designed for flush mounting. The sensing range is 0.2...3.5 mm. An analog voltage output of 0...10 V is provided, with an output characteristic falling on approach. The limit frequency at –3 dB is 1000 Hz. Repeat accuracy per BWN is ±7 µm, and maximum non-linearity is ±35 µm. The housing is made of nickel-free coated brass, while the sensing surface consists of PBT. Connection is provided by a 4-pin M12x1 male connector. The operating voltage is 15...30 VDC, and the ambient temperature range is -40...80 °C. The sensor has IP67 protection and the approvals and conformity markings CE, UKCA, cULus and WEEE.
