Inductive distance sensors – BAW006H
The BAW M12ME-UAC20C-S04G inductive distance sensor, order code BAW006H, has an M12x1 housing with a diameter of 12 mm and a length of 45 mm. It is intended for flush mounting and provides a range of 0.5...2 mm. The sensor supplies an analog voltage output of 0...10 V with a falling output characteristic on approach. Its –3 dB limit frequency is 1000 Hz, repeat accuracy per BWN is ±7 µm, and maximum non-linearity is ±35 µm. The housing is made of nickel-free coated brass, while the sensing surface consists of PBT. Connection is provided by a 3-pin M12x1 male connector. The operating voltage is 15...30 VDC, and the ambient temperature range is –40...80 °C. The sensor has IP67 protection and carries CE, cULus and WEEE approval/conformity.
