The base device of the RFID handheld series is frequency-independent and can communicate with all RFID technologies offered by Balluff, just like Balluff's BIS V evaluation unit. It is a portable companion to those devices.
The "Mobile BIS V" is an RFID handheld reader with an Android operating system. It behaves like an RFID evaluation unit by controlling the connected head modules and read/write heads. A large display with touchscreen is used for visualization and easy operation. Optionally, reading visual codes via the camera or the 1D/2D scanner can be enabled. Apps for data processing are already pre-installed on the handheld reader, both for HF, LF and UHF applications.
Charging cradles for storing and charging devices and batteries are available, as well as a matching power supply with country-specific plugs.
