Our BTL magnetostrictive linear position sensors meet the highest requirements for long service life and up-time. Our new magnetostrictive sensor with full stainless steel housing can stand up to extreme conditions.
It delivers IP69K ingress protection for both the rod in the pressure area and the electronics housing outside the cylinder. This makes it especially rugged and corrosion resistant. Additionally, it is pressure rated up to 1000 bar. All of these attributes make it ideal for use in harsh work areas like steel plants.
The BTL magnetostrictive linear position sensor offers measuring ranges from 25 to 7620 mm. Its non-contact measuring principle means no wear. And because it is completely maintenance-free it increases the up-time of your machines and equipment.
