The new BIS U-6127 long range UHF processor unit makes it easy to integrate RFID into the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT). Its built-in OPC UA server enables direct communication with MES and ERP systems. And with its unique multi-client and multi-port functionality you can implement parallel running applications. The Linux operating system enables fast pre-processing and filtering of large data quantities. Comprehensive configuration options are available in the web server and expanded RFID functions simplify startup. Plus with the integrated IO-Link master you can add additional sensors.
Another differentiator, the BIS U-6127 comes equipped with Secure Element, allowing for completely secure communication between the processor unit and the other systems. The data on the RFID tag can be digitally signed and encrypted. This prevents the possibility of the data being counterfeited or manipulated in production.
