User-friendly family of touch-screen digital panel meters
Balluff’s new family of touch-screen digital displays run the numbers for you.
They visualize four different types of signals: analog signals, incremental counter signals, start/stop pulse signals, and synchronous serial SSI signals.
Built to the same panel cut-out size, these displays are easy to install, and their touch-screen operation and plain-text prompts make it easy to set their parameters, including the screen color, linearization, hysteresis, totalizer, offset and more. They also provide DC sensor supply.
FOR ANALOG SIGNALS
Balluff’s BAE010H and BAE010J analog-input digital displays easily enhance applications where analog sensors report machine status or process conditions. Operate one or two analog sensors with dual analog inputs and power. Then select between single- or dual-display operation to show one or both signals. Choose between operating modes like summation, difference, multiplication, and division.
FOR INCREMENTAL COUNTER SIGNALS
For sensors with incremental outputs, use our BAE010K and BAE010L touch-screen digital displays for incremental encoders. The switching outputs allow you to assign simple detection tasks easily, and you can select modes, such as speed, process time and pulse counter.
FOR START/STOP PULSE SIGNALS
Choose a Balluff BAE010M digital display when using a magnetostrictive linear position sensor’s start/stop interface. Different interfaces such as relay outputs ensure optimal integration. You can use distance measurement or angle measurement operating modes.
FOR SYNCHRONOUS SERIAL SSI SIGNALS
Built to work with synchronous-serial interface (SSI) sensors, the BAE010N digital display can be used to visualize the output from single- or multi-turn encoders. They also offer master-device and replica-device operating modes.
