With our BVS VisionSensor, optical quality control in automated production has never been easier. With its integrated and easy-to-configure image processing functions, the BVS VisionSensor meets the increasing demands for maximum quality and great flexibility in modern production systems. Both predefined application tools and generic functions are available for presence monitoring and determining object characteristics. Thanks to additional access to condition monitoring data, production becomes safe, efficient and transparent.

- Alternative, modern data interfaces: MQTT and REST API

- Vision sensors are part of the SAMS (Smart Automation and Monitoring System) from Balluff
- Vision sensors with multiprotocol interface (Profinet, EtherNet/IP) or IO-Link interface provide additional condition monitoring information (vibration, temperature, humidity and operating time)
