This ensures the correct tooling is in place for the product variant being manufactured. With the BIS V RFID system from Balluff, operating at UHF, you can automatically validate and monitor your molds dies at ranges beyond 1m. The UHF processor has IO link enabled ports for peripheral sensor and actuator collection.
