In your 15-month-long time as a trainee you will receive intense preparation and the necessary knowledge about our company structures for your entrance in Sales and will build your own network.

Traineeship Flowchart
At the start, every trainee receives their individual flow chart. Here we outlined the different stations of our traineeship. The chart indicates the different departments you will be contributing to throughout your time as a trainee. These departments will also support you in your growth and development here with us.
Besides the participation and collaboration in different Sales? departments you will be working on overarching projects. With personal fireside chats and a mentor, we will support you at any time throughout your trainee program. Since we have the long-term goal of gaining talented employees, we offer permanent employment contracts and an appealing yearly salary right from the start.
