Student internship: Which job suits you and your interests?
To find out, you have the opportunity to complete a one-week internship with us for career orientation. Students in grades 8 and 9 of secondary schools and grammar school students in grade 10 can experience everyday working life in a leading medium-sized company. You will soon find out whether this day-to-day routine is for you. Either way, the wide range of real-world experiences you will gain during this week can make your career choice much easier later on.

Our experts provide you with up-to-date, sound and practical specialist knowledge. With a training guide and deployment plans, we ensure that you learn all the content that is important for your training. In all departments, you will be personally supervised by qualified training officers who will be on hand to offer advice and support at all times.
Financial independence
Standing on your own two feet financially and being independent during your training or studies is no problem at Balluff. In addition to a fair salary, you will receive a vacation and Christmas bonus as well as allowances for meals, travel expenses, books and scripts. You will also receive financial support for further training during your studies or training.
Intensive support
Our trainees and students get to know Balluff from the ground up and work on specific tasks in a wide variety of areas right from the start. We accompany you individually and closely support you.
