Electrical Engineering and Information Technology (B. Eng.)

In the dual course of studies in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology (B.Eng.) you will acquire knowledge in electrical engineering and natural sciences and learn about their application in circuit technology and computer science. You will supplement this know-how with content from information technology and build on that in a specific technical concentration. After your dual course of study you will be able to prove yourself in the fields of development and design, marketing or customer service.

What you bring with you

• You have a higher education or subject-related entrance qualification with above-average grades in mathematics and physics

• You have great interest in natural science and electrical engineering

• You have a go-getting attitude, a pronounced talent for analysis, and are a quick study

• You are a communicator and find people easily approachable

• You would also like to gather international experience and would welcome a three-week stay in Hungary

• You have excellent color vision

This is how you achieve your goals with us

• We accept your application materials 14 to 16 months before beginning your studies

• Your studies begin at the end of August of the following year

• In the dual studies model, theory phases at the university alternate with practical education in the company every three months

• During a three-week stay you will get to know our production facility in Hungary

• After three years you will take your Bachelor's exam

• The theory is acquired at the DHBW in Stuttgart

• You will acquire experience abroad at our production facility, Balluff Elektronika Kft in Hungary
