Multi-Core Acquisition Optimizer (MAO) allows you to distribute GigE Vision-based network communications across multiple processor cores - optimizing their workloads. The host PC remains responsive and can continue to process network data even when additional processes are brought to the central processing unit. In this way, the MAO allows you to exploit the maximum performance potential, prevent data loss and reduce hardware costs and development expenditure.
The host-based image processing function of the Impact Acquire SDK can be distributed across multiple processor cores using the Multithreading Manager, thus optimizing their utilization as well - for maximum exploitation of performance potential as well as minimized hardware costs and development expenses.
